Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bilingualism in both English and French.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative, and a solid background in Excel.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work under tight deadlines or changing client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to develop new skills.
Responsibilities
  • Lead research and analysis to understand industry- and organization-specific issues, including business strategy, corporate performance, compensation and rewards practices and trends, and best practices in talent management.
  • Leverage Marsh data, solutions, methodologies, and network of experts to solve problems and develop solutions that help address clients’ needs and advance their workforce and rewards objectives and programs.
  • Develop workforce rewards programs, including salary structures, incentive programs, job evaluation systems, pay equity and transparency programs, skills frameworks, and job architectures.
  • Prepare client presentations, including recommendations presented to executives, senior management, and human resources leaders.
  • Support Principals and Partners in business development efforts, contributing to proposals as required.
  • Contribute to internal practice development initiatives, including developing new solutions, intellectual capital, and training and development efforts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in management consulting, total rewards, compensation, finance, human resources, or accounting.
  • Experience in project management, data analysis, financial modeling, and presentation design.
  • BComm, HBA/MBA, MIR, or related degrees, such as finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering, human resources, and/or accounting, or equivalent work experience.
