Military Aircraft Data Analyst
About the job
- Active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance and U.S. Citizenship; applicants without an active Secret Clearance will not be considered.
- At least 4 years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, including experience in data analysis roles, or an equivalent combination of formal education in Data Analytics or Data Science and hands-on military aviation experience.
- Hands-on experience developing business intelligence dashboards and analytical applications using Tableau, Qlik Sense, Streamlit, or similar tools.
- Practical understanding of user interface and user experience design principles for creating visually engaging, clear, and functional user layouts.
- In-depth working knowledge of military aircraft maintenance procedures, logistics systems, and aviation industry sustainment trends.
- Deep knowledge of Department of Defense maintenance data systems and U.S. Air Force-specific platforms such as REMIS, G081/IMDS, or Advana/CBM+ ecosystems.
- Experience with data visualization tools including Qlik, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, plus a foundational understanding of statistical methods used in data analysis, including probability, distributions, precision, recall, and F1.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving technical environment.
- Desire to learn and advance skills in the aviation maintenance data space.
- Execute program initiatives from inception to deployment while aligning them with business and military mission objectives.
- Design, build, enhance, and maintain interactive dashboards and web applications using Qlik Sense and Streamlit to support aircraft maintenance analytics.
- Apply modern user interface and user experience design principles to transform complex military aircraft dataset outputs into clean, user-friendly, and actionable visual interfaces.
- Provide domain-specific expert insights on military aircraft maintenance practices to guide and validate artificial intelligence and machine learning model development.
- Conduct data discovery and exploratory data analysis on maintenance records and flight logs to identify trends, failure patterns, and operational bottlenecks.
- Participate in stakeholder engagement meetings and advise military leaders and engineering teams on aircraft maintenance trends and data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree or higher with an emphasis in STEM or analytics.
- Proficiency with Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based big data platforms such as Databricks.
- Advanced understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning applications and sensor-based predictive maintenance in military aviation.
- Experience operating in Agile development frameworks using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart.

Mannakee's leadership will continue to drive growth within Redhorse's National Security portfolio.
In a related development, Redhorse announced the promotion of Noah Klemm from chief delivery officer to president, effective immediately.
Redhorse has expanded the leadership team within its national security practice with the appointment of Michael Rauseo as vice president of national security growth and Lance Orr as VP of national security operations.
Matthew Dost, formerly general counsel and director of contracts at Allied Associates International, has been named general counsel and vice president of compliance at Redhorse.
