Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting
  • J.D, MS in Taxation or working towards a degree
  • CPA certification desirable
  • Minimum of three years of tax experience in federal income taxation
  • Strong Excel skills and knowledge of OneSource preferred
Responsibilities
  • Assist with GILTI, FDII, Subpart F, & FTC calculations
  • Assist with International tax compliance
  • Assist with quarterly ASC740 provision calculations for multiple foreign entities
  • Support global consolidated provision and financial reporting
  • Work and support tax planning team with international tax planning projects
  • Assist in co-developing Pillar 2 processes
  • Collaborate with business units and various corporate departments to gather information
  • Keeping abreast of law changes relevant to Xylem on a quarterly basis
  • Assist in the implementation of tax technology initiatives and help identify improvements that streamline processes
