- Experience with network equipment, including Cisco, Huawei, and other network equipment.
- Willingness to be deployed in Ortigas.
- Ensure network uptime and manage telecommunications escalations.
- Maintain service-level agreements for network infrastructure availability.
- Handle and manage campus and branch network equipment.
- Manage Wi-Fi and fixed lines, ensuring stability and compliance with security standards.
- Manage telephony routers and equipment, ensuring stability and uptime.
- Coordinate with partner vendors regarding network and communication availability.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel to resolve problems.
