Responsibilities

Develop code, unit test, conduct code reviews, check in code, and help build the continuous integration/continuous delivery code pipeline.
Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules; configure application user interfaces, workflows, and application programming interfaces.
Create and maintain configuration management on the ServiceNow platform across all environments.
Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle updates and configuration requests.
Confer with Mission Partners to define information technology goals and advise on re-engineering business processes.
Provide expertise in standards and validations, including ISO 9000.
Provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and knowledge transfer.
Coordinate among multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of re-engineering efforts.
Champion awareness training and implementation of business processes.
