Responsibilities
  • Support business readiness/change related activities associated with technology, systems, business process changes occurring across CRE
  • Identify risks and develops solutions and/or processes and ensures necessary mitigation strategies are in place
  • Involved with content development for strategic planning and ad hoc BOD/EC requests.
  • Ensure that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization
  • Plan and coordinates program activities working closely with line of business (LOB)/function/technology managers and subject matter experts
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Information Services (EIS) partners to implement changes to for the business unit based on needs
  • Monitor and track corporate real estate active projects in collaboration with CREW partners
  • Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company's strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
  • Manage the content hosted on the CRE SharePoint site and help expedite user adoption within the organization
  • Manage change / communication needs (memos, newsletters etc.)
