Job Profile Summary
Responsible for actively supporting and executing strategic projects including the planning, management, and delivery of the assigned projects within Truist Commercial Real Estate group
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Support business readiness/change related activities associated with technology, systems, business process changes occurring across CRE
2. Identify risks and develops solutions and/or processes and ensures necessary mitigation strategies are in place
3. Involved with content development for strategic planning and ad hoc BOD/EC requests.
4. Ensure that program activities are on a path to deliver benefits realization
5. Plan and coordinates program activities working closely with line of business (LOB)/function/technology managers and subject matter experts
6. Collaborate with Enterprise Information Services (EIS) partners to implement changes to for the business unit based on needs
7. Monitor and track corporate real estate active projects in collaboration with CREW partners
8. Work with key internal role-players to brainstorm content ideas, in line with the company’s strategy and in support of various brand initiatives.
9. Manage the content hosted on the CRE SharePoint site and help expedite user adoption within the organization
10. Manage change / communication needs (memos, newsletters etc.)
