Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Supervise overall warehouse operations and the daily activities of staff.
  • Oversee receiving and stowing, picking and packing, shipping, inventory management, and documentation.
  • Optimize warehouse layouts, workflows, and utilization of warehouse space.
  • Monitor the safety and security of goods and materials.
  • Use a warehouse management system, enterprise resource planning system, or other system to track and analyze processes and performance.
  • Implement safety policies and procedures.
  • Comply with the requirements of the company's Quality Management System.
  • Supervise a small group of paraprofessional staff.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and procedures.
