Bottling Plant Attendant
About the job
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Able to communicate in basic English.
- Must be physically and mentally fit to fulfill the duties.
- Able to work long hours.
- Able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Oversee plant operations, work with the shift team, and monitor team performance.
- Operate, clean, and maintain production machinery, including the PET blower and filling machine, and inspect raw materials and final products.
- Keep records of production, results, and downtime.
- Ensure equipment is in good condition.
- Set up machines and begin the bottling process.
- Resolve production-line issues and report machinery issues to a supervisor.
- Maintain a clean workspace.
- Ensure bottles are correctly filled, capped, and labeled.
- Detect problems in equipment operations.
- Attend training sessions when required.
- Assume responsibility for the complete operation of treatment plants.
- Maldives resort experience is an advantage.
- Problem-solving and time-management skills.
