Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, Masters degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in a quantitative or analytics role within a Human Resources organization
  • Experience leading and developing a team of people analytics professionals
  • Expertise in collecting and using data to inform decision-making and persuade others
  • Prior experience working with a People Analytics tool such as Visier
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data tools
  • Expertise in statistical analysis (regression, correlation, scenario analysis, forecasting, and experimentation (A/B) testing)
Responsibilities
  • Craft and execute a robust People Analytics strategy
  • Lead a team to deliver actionable insights and forward-thinking solutions
  • Integrate data from various platforms like Culture Amp, Greenhouse, and Workday
  • Transform data into compelling narratives to inform strategic decisions
  • Monitor and recommend changes to improve data quality
  • Implement regular and automated Organizational Health checks via dashboard and benchmarks
  • Act as an internal consultant by scoping data requests and synthesizing insights
  • Lead organizational wide change management initiatives and programs
  • Partner with Talent Management, L&D, and HRBPs to ensure engagement surveys are analyzed
  • Support the Chief People Officer in preparations materials for Leadership Team and Board Meetings
  • Deliver high quality analysis, reports, presentations using simple and effective visualizations
