A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
Experience and understanding of IMS usability and serviceability.
Experience and understanding of Articulate 360 usability and serviceability.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Amazon Polly, and ElevenLabs.
Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.
Responsibilities
Ensure training projects are completed on time and within scope while meeting quality standards.
Create and update computer-based training videos based on learning requirements.
Work with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to develop accurate and engaging course content.
Create interactive learning materials to support effective training.
Assist with other tasks and project needs as required.
Position Overview: As a Technical Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring training projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will develop, create, and update computer-based training (CBT) videos based on organizational requirements, create interactive learning materials, and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to develop effective course content. You will also support ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure project and training objectives are met.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM, Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP): ● 18,000 - 22,000php ● New hire bonus of 5,000php ● Risk allowance of 2,000php
