Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in product management, with a focus on data products or analytics.
  • Successful development and delivery of a data enablement strategy for a B2B SaaS business a big plus.
  • Proven success in creating and executing a product data strategy.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Snowflake important.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or similar languages is required.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and co-ordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep empathy and curiosity for customers and a passion for creating products that solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for data products, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Architecture to define business needs for data enablement and drive the delivery of this key part of our platform.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer pain points, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Work closely with engineering and insights team to design, build, and launch data products, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
  • Leverage data analytics to gain insights into product performance, user behavior, and market trends, and use these insights to drive product decisions.
  • Where relevant, work with the Marketing team in development and execution of go-to-market strategies for data products, including pricing, positioning, and promotion.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on product development, performance, and roadmap.
  • Implement processes for continuous improvement, including feedback loops, A/B testing, and iterative product development.
