Responsibilities
  • Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
  • Lease apartments and sell the property's products and services in accordance with the budget.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing Standards when working with prospects and residents.
  • Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of the property's products and those of major competitors.
  • Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice.
  • Coordinate resident application reviews in accordance with Bell guidelines.
  • Complete lease packets and resident files, including leases, addendums, and other forms.
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintain proper documentation.
  • Follow up with residents throughout the lease.
  • Receive resident inquiries, complaints, and issues and provide timely follow-up.

Bell Partners expands Greater Boston presence with Reading property. News | August 5, 2026 | Paul Bubny Boston & New England + Apartment Buildings Bell Partners has acquired Reading Commons, a 204-unit apartment community completed in 2006 and located in Reading, MA, roughly 30 minutes north of downtown Boston. The deal brings the multifamily investment manager and operator's Greater Boston ownership and management portfolio to more than 1,450 units. Located near Interstate 93 and Route 128, the property has been rebranded as Bell Reading Commons. It offers residents convenient access to Downtown Boston and one of the country's largest suburban employment corridors. Bell Partners plans to enhance the resident experience through upgrades to apartment interiors and community amenities over time. Walker & Dunlop Capital Markets Investment Sales, led by Travis D'Amato, arranged the sale of the property. Seller and pricing were not disclosed. Simultaneously, Bell Partners announced the acquisition of a seven-story midrise in South San Francisco, CA that has been rebranded as Bell South City West. Sares Regis trades South San Francisco multifamily to Bell Partners. News | July 28, 2026 | Paul Bubny California & West + Apartment Buildings Sares Regis Group of Northern California and Bell Partners LLC announced the sale of Celeste Apartments, a 195-unit multifamily community in South San Francisco. The LEED Silver certified property, located at 401 Cypress Ave. and adjacent to the Caltrain station, was acquired by Bell Partners on behalf of its Bell Growth & Income Fund investors and will be renamed Bell South City II. The seller, a partnership between Sares Regis and an institutional equity partner, was represented by Berkadia in San Francisco. The acquisition price was undisclosed. Celeste Apartments is the second Sares Regis property acquired by Bell Partners, following the $206-million sale of nearby Cadence in 2022. "Sares Regis has been a pioneer in multifamily residential development in South San Francisco, bringing 455 apartments to market, starting with Cadence in 2019 and its neighbor Celeste welcoming residents three years later," said Drew Hudacek, CIO for Sares Regis. "We are proud to have helped advance the city's vision for its downtown under the Downtown Station Area Specific Plan."

Bell Partners Purchases High-Rise Apartments in North Bethesda

Bell Partners purchases high-rise apartments in North Bethesda. Bell Partners has purchased a 319-unit apartment community located in North Bethesda, Maryland. Formerly known as Pallas at Pike & Rose, the property was acquired from Federal Realty Investment Trust in December 2025 on behalf of the Company's Growth and Income Fund and will be renamed Bell at the Pike. Eastdil Secured served as the broker for the transaction. The community is part of Federal Realty's Pike & Rose mixed-use development. Completed in 2015, Bell at the Pike offers studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments averaging 1,007 square feet, along with 32 affordable housing units. The community's location close to the Capital Beltway and Interstate 270 offers easy access to employment centers in Bethesda and the I-270 corridor, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. It is also within walking distance of Metro's Red Line. With this acquisition, Bell Partners now owns or manages 20 properties with approximately 6,600 apartment homes across the Washington D.C. metro region.
