Requirements
  • A university or technical institute degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related subject.
  • Three to five years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
  • Familiarity with payment procedures, banking transactions, and electronic banking systems.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and banking systems.
  • Very good knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Responsibility, consistency, and integrity.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily the bank accounts and available cash balances of the Group's companies.
  • Monitor financial obligations and organize and execute payment schedules, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and relevant deadlines.
  • Work with banking institutions to ensure transactions are executed smoothly and on time, and monitor bank transactions and reconciliations.
  • Ensure payment procedures comply with applicable legislation and the organization's internal policies.
  • Support liquidity monitoring and cash flow planning for the Group's companies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and reports.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of Treasury procedures to improve efficiency, internal control, and automation.
