Responsibilities
Represent and sell products and services to existing and new customers in the market area.
Engage customers, build rapport, understand their needs, and offer solutions.
Provide customer service with a positive attitude to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Assist with on-site machine setup and train customers as part of customer service when needed.
Help in any area of the store and between departments as needed.
Process orders in collaboration with various departments and ensure follow-through.
Desired Qualifications
One to three years of customer service experience, preferably selling parts and service department services.
A Commercial Driver’s License is preferred.
Sales experience is preferred.
A two-year degree, such as an Associate of Applied Science, is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Support Representative for large equipment, you’ll play a key role in supporting customers across your market area—including municipal and government accounts. This position is all about building strong relationships, selling parts and services, and delivering a standout customer experience. You’ll work closely with new and existing customers to understand their needs, offer solutions, and ensure follow-through. Collaboration is key, as you'll partner with various departments to process orders and keep everything running smoothly.
Responsibilities
