  • Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of infrastructure systems including network, servers, storage, and cloud services.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure strategy aligned with business objectives, driving innovation and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess infrastructure needs, identify opportunities for optimization, and drive innovation initiatives.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, standards, and policies to maintain a secure and compliant infrastructure environment.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for adoption to enhance infrastructure capabilities and efficiency.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating agreements and ensuring service level agreements are met.
  • Develop and manage infrastructure budgets, forecasting future needs and resource requirements.
  • Build and develop a talented team of engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment where team members can thrive and grow.
