  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management, Business, or another related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in applications, software development, or a related field.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted.
  • Relevant certification within 12 months of hire based on team assignment, such as Salesforce Administrator, Workday Certification, or Microsoft SQL certification.
  • Ability to meet and maintain qualifications for Criminal Justice Information Services access if required based on assigned systems.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary application administrator for assigned enterprise applications, performing advanced support, configuration, maintenance, and system administration.
  • Independently troubleshoot complex application issues, lead resolution efforts, and ensure timely and complete documentation.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to improve reliability and efficiency.
  • Design, configure, and maintain application features using configuration tools and coding while following established standards.
  • Design and implement system integrations and data interfaces, including testing and optimization throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards and ensure data accuracy and usability.
  • Independently gather, analyze, and refine business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Lead or participate in Software Development Life Cycle activities, including solution design, testing, implementation, and validation of system changes.
  • Lead the evaluation, testing, and deployment of application enhancements, patches, and upgrades.
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for assigned systems and collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs.
  • Provide advanced user support, develop training materials, and promote adoption of system capabilities.
  • Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations and data flows.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for system optimization and implement improvements.
  • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to less experienced team members.
  • Serve as technical lead and subject matter expert on projects and initiatives.
  • Acquire and apply knowledge of new applications, technologies, and processes to support customer needs.
  • Act as alternate system administrator for designated systems as assigned.
  • Participate in team activities such as peer reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Participate in the on-call support rotation.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery and business continuity practices.
  • Ability to establish standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience administering and configuring Salesforce, Workday, Laserfiche, or TeamDynamix.
  • Five or more years of experience in related fields.
