Requirements
  • A Diplôme d’études professionnelles (DEP) is required.
  • A valid permit from the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec is required.
  • An arrhythmia course is required.
  • Experience in triage is required.
  • Triage training is required.
  • One year of experience as an assistant nurse is required.
  • Six months of experience in trauma is required.
  • Six months of triage experience is required.
  • Six months of experience in a resuscitation and shock room is required.
  • Availability to work different shifts (day, evening, or night) as needed is required.
Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, individualized nursing care according to established care plans.
  • Participate in medication distribution according to current standards.
  • Ensure patients’ comfort, hygiene, and mobilization.
  • Collaborate actively with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in care planning and team meetings.
