Responsibilities
  • Formulate and continuously enhance the company's M&A strategy to align with overarching corporate objectives and long-term growth aspirations
  • Identify and strategically prioritize acquisition opportunities that strengthen the company's technology portfolio and competitive market positioning
  • Direct comprehensive deal processes, encompassing opportunity sourcing, financial modeling, due diligence, negotiations, and integration planning
  • Oversee deal structuring, execution, and post-merger integration efforts to ensure seamless transitions and maximize value creation
  • Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with key partners
  • Play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, aligning partnerships with business objectives, and fostering collaborative ventures to unlock new opportunities in a rapidly evolving marketplace
  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive pipeline of acquisition targets and strategic partnership opportunities to drive growth and innovation
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with investment banks, venture capital firms, private equity partners, and industry leaders, ensuring access to high-caliber opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including finance, legal, product, engineering, HR, and others—to ensure alignment on strategic priorities and facilitate the efficient execution of transactions
  • Provide clear, impactful presentations and updates to the executive leadership team and board of directors, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
  • Monitor and anticipate market dynamics, emerging technology trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
