- Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets.
- Assist with food and beverage inventory and order supplies, cleaning supplies, and uniforms as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support and supervise an effective self-inspection program.
- Operate all department equipment as necessary and report malfunctions.
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operations are running smoothly.
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
