About the company

Delta Group provides end-to-end telecommunications and infrastructure services for businesses. It designs, installs, and maintains physical and digital networks through structured cabling (Copper and Fibre), including Cat5e, Cat6, and Cat6A systems, and large-scale fibre-optic rollouts with splicing, termination, and testing. The company also offers telecom expense management (TEM) to help clients track, audit, and optimize telecom spending across multiple carriers and sites, and provides turnkey project management from site assessments to final installations. Delta Group focuses on safety-compliant, scalable solutions tailored to industries such as education, healthcare, and industrial facilities, and supports multi-location clients with national or regional capacity to deliver consistent service. Its goal is to deliver reliable network infrastructure and cost control that enable smooth voice, data, and network communications across complex environments.

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Delta's website updated September 4, 2026, signaling active sales messaging.
  • Simplify Jobs lists Delta Group as a 1-10 employee telecom infrastructure and TEM employer.
  • End-to-end cabling and expense audits fit regulated healthcare, education, and industrial sites.

What critics are saying

  • No 2026 press releases, contracts, or funding announcements surfaced, exposing weak transparency.
  • Revenue stays below $5 million on ZoomInfo, limiting scale against national integrators.
  • TEM software and low-voltage contractors compress margins; one lost anchor customer wipes Knoxville demand.

What makes Delta Group unique

  • Since 1999, Knoxville Delta Group bundles cabling, fiber optics, and TEM under one roof.
  • Its consulting page still sells voice-data audits and carrier renegotiation, not just installations.
  • The company serves multi-site clients across Knoxville, Alcoa, Maryville, and Oak Ridge.
