Responsibilities
  • Train across various roles within the operation, with a primary focus on driver management and customer support.
  • Communicate daily with the team of drivers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of all freight shipments.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve company-wide goals and initiatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with drivers, serve as their main point of contact for road-related issues, and support their professional growth within the organization.
  • Communicate safety expectations to drivers to ensure compliance with Department of Transportation regulations.
  • Monitor and track freight shipments to confirm timely deliveries.
  • Assist leadership with special projects as needed.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and tasks as they arise.
  • Escalate critical issues to leadership in a timely manner.
Desired Qualifications
  • An Associate’s Degree.
