Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and rigor in data management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with an enterprise resource planning system, preferably Infor M3, and reporting tools such as Power BI is an asset.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate across functions.
Responsibilities
  • Partner in overall financial strategy.
  • Proactively support and constructively challenge the management team in defining and executing business plans.
  • Contribute to performance management with high-quality analysis to strengthen decision-making processes.
  • Drive financial performance management for long- and short-term key performance indicators and select relevant measurements.
  • Monitor and follow up on key performance indicators and ensure the business management team takes corrective action when needed.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly financial statement and performance analyses.
  • Prepare monthly presentations for delivery to the Executive Leadership Team.
Desired Qualifications
  • CPA with some audit experience is preferred.
