Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation, human resources, or a related field, including providing compensation guidance to human resources or business stakeholders.
  • Experience with market benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structures, pay equity, and compensation program administration.
  • Ability to interpret compensation data and turn insights into practical business recommendations.
  • Ability to partner with the business and advise and influence leaders at varying levels.
  • Experience working with human resources systems, compensation tools, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive compensation information with discretion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Compensation team members, People Business Partners, and business leaders to provide compensation guidance on pay decisions, promotions, job changes, new hires, retention, and other compensation matters.
  • Apply compensation principles, market data, internal equity, and established guidelines to develop practical recommendations based on business and organizational needs.
  • Conduct compensation analysis using market benchmarks, internal pay data, job evaluations, salary structures, and other compensation insights to assess pay positioning, competitiveness, and equity.
  • Support leaders and People Business Partners through annual compensation cycles and ongoing compensation decisions, including merit, promotions, incentive planning, and other pay programs.
  • Identify and communicate compensation trends, potential pay compression, equity concerns, market positioning issues, and other areas that may require further review.
  • Translate compensation data and analysis into clear, concise insights to help People and business leaders understand compensation options and relevant considerations.
  • Develop and deliver compensation reporting and analytics for business and People leadership, using data to identify trends, inform decisions, and support effective compensation practices.
  • Build relationships and a strong understanding of the business while developing compensation consulting and advisory capabilities and increasing independence in managing more complex compensation matters.
