Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations or revenue operations
  • 5+ years in a management or leadership role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Deep understanding of RevOps and sales processes and methodologies in B2B SasS organization
  • Experience in revenue operations systems, sales enablement tools, and marketing automation tools
  • Go to market and territory build out experience to support sales organizations
  • Experience in commission optimization/improvement
  • Superior verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Salesforce Superbadges completed is a plus
  • Database SQL experience is a plus
  • Subscription Management System implementation experience
  • 2+ Salesforce Certifications out of the following: Admin, Advanced Admin, App Builder, Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Experience with Segment or other CDPs
Responsibilities
  • Act as the operational continuity across revenue generating teams
  • Closely partner with VP level and Chief Revenue Office to optimize and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Review, analyze, and evaluate current sales processes and procedures
  • Responsible for reporting and providing insights on daily and weekly sales & business KPIs
  • Proactively analyze and forecast key metrics

  • Oversee Seamless.AI's Salesforce system configurations, integrations, data integrity and day-to-day end user support
