About the job
- Five or more years of hands-on experience in IT support, helpdesk, or systems administration.
- Proficiency troubleshooting Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Understanding of foundational networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, and VPN configuration.
- Experience managing cloud-based office suites such as Office 365 or Google Workspace.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, including reading, speaking, and writing.
- Ability to provide customer service and solve technical problems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot office network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi, and VPNs, to ensure stable connectivity.
- Manage basic server environments and administer office collaboration platforms such as Office 365, Google Workspace, and Azure Active Directory.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues and provide direct on-site support for office staff.
- Resolve hardware, software, and system access issues.
- Manage IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including workstation provisioning for PC and Mac, software deployment, and account creation and revocation.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of office IT assets, licenses, and peripherals.
- Coordinate with local Internet Service Providers and external hardware and software vendors for troubleshooting, warranty repairs, and equipment procurement.
- Monitor daily data backup tasks and ensure effective disaster recovery procedures for local systems.
- Enforce basic IT security policies, including endpoint protection, antivirus updates, and operating system patch management.

↑ 0%iSoftStone and Huawei launched a joint AI platform for industrial clusters at the Huawei China Tour 2026 Guangxi AI-Empowered New Industrialization Summit in Nanning on 17 August. The Beijing-based IT services company said the platform provides AI support for digital transformation across Guangxi's industrial clusters. The initiative initially targets five sectors: metallurgy, non-ferrous metals, automobile manufacturing, equipment manufacturing, and new materials. The platform aims to accelerate industrial digitalisation in the region through artificial intelligence capabilities.
Internationally, ISoftStone has expanded its footprint, collaborating with Kingdee International Software Group in Singapore to provide digital solutions and services to global customers.
iSoftStone will also work with Kingdee to provide digital solutions to its global customers from the data center.
