About the company

Benedictine operates a nonprofit Catholic network of senior living and care communities across Minnesota, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Illinois, and Missouri. It offers a full continuum of care, from independent living to assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and home health services, plus adult day services and spiritual care. Its memory care program uses specialty neighborhoods for different stages of dementia and care is supported by 24/7 medical services and, when needed, ventilator/respiratory support. The organization grows through strategic acquisitions and partnerships, funded by private pay, Medicare, and Medicaid, with a mission rooted in faith-based hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice.
