What believers are saying

  • GSA awarded PATRIOT $1.96 million for Nix Fan Coil Replacements on May 14, 2026.
  • VA awarded PATRIOT $53,831 for Emergency Transformer Inspection and Repair on August 11, 2026.
  • HHS-backed White Oak renovation work shows repeat demand beyond pure construction.

What critics are saying

  • PATRIOT depends on federal facilities spending; GSA, VA, and HHS dominate 2026 awards.
  • Philadelphia and White Oak renovations expose PATRIOT to fixed-price overruns and schedule penalties.
  • A 2027 federal procurement slowdown or recompete loss would crush backlog and hiring.

What makes Patriot unique

  • Founded in 2009, PATRIOT spans planning through operations and maintenance nationwide.
  • Veteran-owned SDVOSB roots win federal set-aside work across GSA, VA, and HHS.
  • Its GovWin IQ top-global AEC ranking still signals specialized government-contractor credibility.
