Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a Software Engineering or Technology Consulting capacity
  • Proven ability to work alongside Account Executives and Pre-Sales team members
  • Hands-on technology development skills and experience: Node, Typescript, React, SQL, Postgresql
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS software: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot, Identity Platforms (ADFS, Okta etc), integration platforms (Mulesoft etc), data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) etc.
  • Familiarity with major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
  • Familiarity with directly responding to customer needs
Responsibilities
  • Creating and delivering custom demos of the software platform
  • Preparing technical responses during the proposal process
  • Configuring and customizing the Rose Rocket Platform to meet customer requirements for demos
  • Communicating with non-technical stakeholders to explain how the software works and discuss trade-offs around configuration and changes
  • Collaborating with the Account Executives & Pre-Sales team to understand customer needs and develop customized technical solutions for demo purposes
  • Developing compelling proof-of-concepts (POCs) to showcase the functionality and scalability of the solutions to address specific customer requirements
  • Providing guidance and thought leadership to customers on technical implementations, integrations, and optimization strategies
  • Being active within the team and the company; escalating questions or issues to leadership; seeking feedback; engaging the wider team or other leadership for support when needed
