A bachelor's, master's, and/or doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited university or program is required.
Physical Therapy Licensure as a PT in the State of Texas is required.
Excellent customer service skills are required, including the ability to maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with difficult, impatient, or upset people.
A passion for helping people feel better, get stronger, and stay out of pain is required.
Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and carry out individually designed physical treatment programs to maintain, improve, or restore physical functioning, alleviate pain, and prevent physical dysfunction in patients.
Evaluate each patient's strength, balance, range of motion, coordination, endurance, and posture.
Evaluate treatment effects at various stages and adjust treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
Provide or recommend equipment or supplies for home use and instruct patients in home treatment programs to facilitate rehabilitation and promote independence of care.
Communicate with referring physicians and other appropriate personnel through progress notes, letters, evaluations, meetings, and direct contact concerning each patient's proposed course of treatment, progress, and discharge plan.
Desired Qualifications
Outpatient orthopedic experience, including exercise, manual-based skills, and sports rehabilitation, is preferred.

Hours/Benefits:
Monday-Friday 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, MUST BE FLEXIBLE, shifts can vary from 8-5, 9-6, 10-7. Shifts could be 4 week days and Saturday, with 1 day off during the week, traditional 8 hours per day 5 days a week or 10 hour days 4 days a week. 40 hours per week. Incentive Program Offered!

Qualifications:
