Requirements
  • Knowledge of the collision industry, including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate production personnel.
  • Proficiency with computers and other technology.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
  • Assign jobs to Body Technicians and maintain the proper job mix to ensure smooth production flow through all departments.
  • Coordinate supplements with Body Technicians and Repair Leaders, and coordinate sublet repairs.
  • Review work with Technicians and support them with repair issues or questions as needed.
  • Ensure production is moving as needed to meet timely delivery requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean production space, including properly maintained equipment and use of personal protective equipment.
  • Perform in-person quality checks and ensure vehicle repairs are completed on time in accordance with proper repair procedures, including ALLDATA and original equipment guidelines.
  • Lead the team of Body Technicians toward unified goals discussed in daily or weekly meetings.

Crash Champions opens repair center in Spring Hill, Florida. Crash Champions has opened a collision repair facility at 1118 Suzanne Dr. in Spring Hill, Fla., its first location in the community. The I-CAR Gold Class shop began operating Sept. 21. The facility covers more than 32,000 square feet, including more than 29,000 square feet of production space, and offers collision repair and calibration services.
