Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities
  • Manage, Coach, and Mentor a team of analysts partnering with the SharkNinja sales organization
  • Assortment management within key accounts
  • Product roadmap and profitability
  • Identify, measure, and quantify marketplace/ retailer trends, issues and opportunities
  • Ability to problem solve and react to market threats
  • Present strategic insights based on internal and external data to gain alignment of major initiatives at multiple levels of the organization
  • Be the voice of the consumers and coach team members to bring the voice of the consumer to their projects
  • Be the go-to resource for all Sales leadership
  • Deliver Daily/Weekly/Monthly analytics reports showing health of business
  • Analyze and evaluate pre- and post-promotion analyses for retailer, quantifying impact to brand and category
  • Understand day to day impact of the POS to facilitate decision making
  • Work with sales leadership to determine long term goals
  • Measure and communicate on sales results
