Requirements
- Advanced knowledge and demonstrated experience with Java and J2EE.
- Strong understanding of internal architecture, design patterns, modular programming, and object-oriented programming.
- Understanding of activities within an application development department.
- Ability to lead in cross-functional team environments and work independently without supervision.
- Deep understanding of multiple software development life cycle methods.
- Understanding of current marketplace trends and mobile technologies.
- At least 6 years of application development experience in a Java environment.
- Experience working with multi-location or offshore development teams.
- Large-scale enterprise project experience.
- At least 2 years of Unified Modeling Language experience.
- At least 2 years of web service integration experience.
- At least 2 years of module-level analysis and design experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with J2EE technologies including JavaServer Pages, Servlets, Enterprise JavaBeans, and JavaServer Pages Standard Tag Library.
- Experience with Extensible Markup Language technologies and web services.
- Experience with Web 2.0.
- Experience with Spring Model-View-Controller.
- Experience with Hibernate.
- Experience with HyperText Markup Language, JavaScript, jQuery, and Cascading Style Sheets.
- Experience with Oracle Database, Oracle Coherence Data Grid, Business Rules Management Systems, and Oracle SOA Suite.
