Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or AI company
  • Proven People Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams; foster accountability & growth
  • Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Reporting, dashboards, data integrity, user administration, etc.
  • Exceptional Analytical & Data Modeling: Expert Excel/Google Sheets; translate complex data into actionable insights
  • Strong Project Management: Manage multiple projects from scope to delivery; organized & detail-oriented
  • Exceptional Communication: Clear, concise written/verbal skills; adept at presenting insights to leadership
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Translate sales strategy into operational plans; proactive problem-solver
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to AMERPAC sales leaders, proactively understanding their challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement, and aligning Sales Operations initiatives with regional sales goals
  • Process Design & Optimization: Develop, implement, and continuously refine scalable operational cadences for sales forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and performance reporting. Establish clear, efficient intake processes for new sales operations requests, ensuring effective prioritization and execution by your team
  • Strategic Project Leadership: Lead high-impact sales operations projects from conception to successful execution, leveraging industry best practices in areas such as sales forecasting methodology, territory design, and Salesforce enhancements
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Operations specialists, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continued growth
  • Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Oversee the regular analysis of sales performance data, developing and maintaining robust dashboards and reporting frameworks. Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to sales leadership on key trends, pipeline health, conversion rates, and areas for strategic intervention
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Champion a culture of precision and high standards within the team, ensuring exceptional quality in all project deliverables, documentation, and sales enablement engagements that impact and drive change within the Sales team

Intercom secures $250M in venture debt to expand AI agent Fin and hire 650 people

Intercom has secured $250 million in venture debt from Hercules Capital to fund its AI expansion. CEO Eoghan McCabe said the funds will develop the company's Fin AI agent and support hiring of 650 additional employees. The customer service company plans to invest the capital in further developing Fin, Intercom's artificial intelligence platform. The debt financing from the Silicon Valley-based specialist lender represents a significant investment in the firm's AI capabilities as it scales its operations.
