- Lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Operate power tools and hand tools.

- Complete exterior home repairs as scoped and sold by Repair Experts.
- Review work orders and job scopes to ensure clear understanding before execution.
- Communicate with customers regarding job progress and expectations.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship across all scopes of work.
- Maintain job efficiency and productivity to meet daily and monthly production targets.
- Identify and communicate additional repair needs or discrepancies in scope.
- Maintain clean and organized job sites.
- Collect and submit job documentation, including payment, photos, forms, and notes.
- Maintain the company vehicle, ensuring regular and timely maintenance.
- Maintain a professional appearance and reliability.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage the daily schedule with direction from Repair Coordinators and management.
- Advance product knowledge and best practices across all scopes of work.
- Develop sales and customer service skills.
