- Organize and facilitate project planning, host and attend daily stand-up meetings, participate in sprint reviews, lead and actively participate in lessons learned and retrospectives, evaluate sprint and release planning toward delivery of a cohesive project schedule, and participate in demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
- Conduct routine planning sessions with the Scrum Master, Client Engagement Manager, and Product Owner to align on the project plan and roadmap.
- Evaluate sprint and release progress relative to the project plan.
- Ensure development teams practice core Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization, team accountability, and visibility.
- Initiate, plan, execute, control, and close assigned projects to meet outlined success criteria.
- Produce project plans, estimates, and deliverables consistent with Software Development Life Cycle methodologies.
- Monitor and report project status, milestones, and issues.
