Bulk Raw Materials Receiver

Full-Time Days (8am-4pm)

Starting Rate $17.34/hour

The primary function as part of the Bulk Raw Materials team is to ensure that daily safety, quality and production goals are met. The Bulk Receiver will be responsible for ensuring all storage of raw materials aligns with the company standards and expectations.

The Receiving Team Member will be responsible for physically, systematically and properly receiving, inspecting, storing, rotating, counting and staging of all materials. The team member will be expected to keep the work area clean at all times at a level consistent with the high standards of food manufacturing. This team member will also have the responsibility of supplying materials to the production team, as well as all other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.

  What you bring to the party:

• Responsible for following all safety policies, compliance of GMP’s procedures, JSA’s and the dawning of proper PPE where required.
• Follows and models all company procedures and policies, acting as a role model for other employees.
• Loads, unloads and transfers materials within or near the plant, yard or work site, performing any combination of following duties.
• Must be willing to work in outside environment
• Must be willing to climb rail cars for testing/removing seals
• Must be willing to open rail cars for venting
• Must be willing to move transporter for unloading corn
• Other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work flexible hours with advance notice.
• Ability to work overtime (including but not limited to a rotating Saturday).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality priorities
• Must be willing to be certified in the operation of forklifts
