About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Program Manager to lead our efforts in Education and Professional Training. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs, managing partnerships, and promoting Altium’s solutions within the education and professional training sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content development, and partnership management and a passion for driving growth and engagement within the education and training communities.
A day in the life of ourMarketing Program Manager:
- Strategic Planning: Implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives to promote Altium’s solutions within the education and professional training sectors
- Partnership Development: Collaborate and manage joint marketing programs and initiatives
- Marketing Programs: Design and execute marketing programs and campaigns targeted at educators, students, professionals, and training organizations to drive traffic and adoption. Work with the marketing team to develop and manage content for Altium’s social media, emails, and digital marketing communications
- Performance Measurement and Reporting: Define key performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and partnership initiatives. Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Collaboration and Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including channel and product marketing, sales, customer success, and product development to collaborate on product launches, promotions, and customer engagement activities
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate participation in relevant industry events, conferences, trade shows, and educational seminars. Represent Altium at events and engage with attendees to drive brand awareness and lead generation
Who We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, partnership management, or related roles, with a focus on the education or training industry
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing programs and partnership initiatives
- Proficiency in working with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, SalesForce, and digital marketing platforms
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
- Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Domo
- Experience in digital marketing, or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and leading collaborative projects.
The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation packages within this range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
