  • At least one year of experience as a supervisor or in related areas.
  • Availability to work rotating schedules.
Responsibilities
  • Efficiently administer assigned resources to achieve team goals and meet quality objectives and production schedules for the assigned lines, while ensuring compliance with industrial safety, quality, productivity, order, cleanliness, and environmental standards.
  • Coordinate production across the area's different lines to improve efficiency, minimize costs, and optimize resources.
  • Monitor production in real time to ensure process continuity.
  • Record production data in the SAP system to maintain information needed for inventory, dispatches, and efficiency data.
  • Prepare overtime payroll sheets to optimize the budget and ensure accurate team payment information.
  • Perform autonomous and preventive maintenance on machinery to ensure process continuity.
  • Coordinate personnel performing monthly maintenance tasks to improve line efficiency, identify areas for improvement, and reinforce preventive equipment maintenance.
