Title: Program Manager, Change Management

Role Description:
As a Program Manager, Change Management, you will design, build, and implement the IT change management program. This role will govern processes and lead change control meetings. This person is also responsible for continuous improvement in this space and will maintain accurate documentation of the processes and changes to those processes. This is a program and change manager role where you must act as both the program and change manager. You will manage multiple large-scale efforts concurrently from initiation through to closure with the flexibility to shift priorities at any given time. You will be an expert in stakeholder management, change management and influencing without authority, often heading project teams comprised of senior leadership.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Develop and execute a change management strategy and plan that aligns with the company’s vision, mission, values, and culture.
- Assess the impact of change initiatives on the organization, stakeholders, processes, systems, and behaviors.
- Identify and manage change risks, issues, and dependencies, and provide mitigation and contingency plans.
- Design and deliver change interventions, such as communications, training, coaching, and feedback, to facilitate the adoption and sustainment of change.
- Engage and collaborate with senior leaders, sponsors, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and commitment to change.
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness and outcomes of change initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain a change management toolkit, methodology, and best practices, and share knowledge and lessons learned across the organization.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- 3+ years working in IT or software engineering environment.
- Knowledge of controls frameworks and industry standard frameworks (SOC, ISO27001, etc.)
- Fundamental knowledge of standard cloud computing practices.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering successful change outcomes and benefits realization.
- Knowledge and skills in change management methodologies, frameworks, and tools, such as Prosci (PCT, ADKAR), Kotter, or similar.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence both internally and externally, and to drive multi-functional alignment and action.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $102,051 - $170,085.
