- Serve as a seasoned enterprise leader and strategic partner and advisor to executives across the Singapore market.
- Have proven experience leading and generating multi-workstream data transformation engagements worth $3M+ SGD.
- Have consulting sales experience and strong executive relationships in Financial Services, Insurance, and/or Energy & Utilities.
- Understand Data & AI, cloud platforms, and application modernisation, and align technology solutions with customer business objectives and outcomes.
- Have proven experience working with technology partners such as AWS, Google, Microsoft, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Have expertise leading delivery and change management, including technology adoption, organisational transformation, and cultural change.
- Have strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and contract negotiation.
- Understand operational challenges and the Singapore regulatory landscape.
- Engage stakeholders effectively and influence executives, technical teams, and delivery partners.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new enterprise opportunities aligned with business outcomes.
- Deepen enterprise customer relationships by understanding evolving needs, delivering impactful outcomes, and positioning for future engagements.
- Ensure projects within accounts are on track, clients are engaged, and teams are empowered to excel.
- Proactively remove roadblocks, mitigate risks, and champion long-term success for customers and consultants.
- Lead the development of proposals, presentations, and statements of work in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide guidance and foster an environment where talent thrives.
- Build an environment that removes barriers to innovation and collaboration and champions an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives.
