  • 7+ years of Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition experience
  • GTM B2B SaaS: Proven track record in recruiting within fast-growing B2B SaaS companies, with a specific focus on Sales recruiting.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated expertise in negotiating terms with candidates to secure top talent for the organization leveraging both cash and equity.
  • Process Implementation Skills: Strong ability to design, implement, and optimize recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are a must.
  • Self-Driven and Organized: Ability to independently drive recruitment initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Location: located in the CST to EST time zones.
  • Education: Bachelors Degree
Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruiting: You’ll handle the entire recruitment process, from identifying prospects to sealing the deal.
  • Crafting Recruitment Strategies: Develop innovative recruitment materials and processes tailored to our rapid growth trajectory.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Glia's Marketing and People teams to creatively promote career opportunities and enhance our employer brand.
  • Proactive Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse channels and partnerships to build a pipeline of exceptional candidates, going beyond conventional platforms.
  • Networking and Partnerships: Build a network of strong GTM (Go-to-Market) candidates through multiple channels, fostering connections and collaborations to ensure Glia stands out as an employer of choice in the market.
  • Advising Hiring Managers: Provide expert guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment journey, offering support while challenging them to seek excellence.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates receive a seamless and personalized experience, reflecting Glia's commitment to excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine our hiring processes and tools to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Focus: Drive initiatives to ensure our recruiting practices align with Glia's Diversity and Inclusion commitment, creating an equitable process for all candidates.
