- Three to four years of experience.

- Experience maintaining member-server security by applying service packs and security patches.

- Experience developing and practicing a full disaster recovery plan.
- Install, maintain, secure, and tune server performance.
- Plan infrastructure capacity.
- Understand network and distributed-computing concepts.
- Work with the Systems Management Team Lead to understand the scope of services and assess their impact on the technical infrastructure.
- Experience with hardware migration.
- Experience supporting department applications, file services, workstations, and printers.
- Experience creating printer objects and access control lists.
