  • Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships from first contact through executive introduction and measurable conversion.
  • Strong in-person communication, professional writing, follow-up, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently in the field while communicating closely with the chief executive officer, intake, marketing, and operations teams.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel frequently throughout California.
  • Availability for regular lunches, evening networking, weekend events, and periodic overnight or out-of-state travel.
  • Ability to transport, set up, and break down event materials weighing up to approximately 35 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Minimum of two years in sales, intake, business development, or client conversion roles, with a track record of success handling inbound leads and driving conversions.
  • Confidence in managing consultative conversations, overcoming objections, and guiding prospective clients toward informed decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and represent the firm professionally.
  • Strong proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
  • High integrity, strong follow-through, adaptability, and a results-oriented mindset in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
  • Build new relationships and expand the firm's referral network, community presence, and strategic relationships throughout Central and Southern California.
  • Make high-quality introductions to the chief executive officer and other firm leaders, represent the firm at legal and community events, and help convert approved opportunities into accepted signed matters.
  • Manage incoming leads across calls, texts, web forms, and scheduled consultations, ensuring timely follow-up, clear communication, and a high-quality prospective client experience.
  • Gather key case information, assess fit based on internal criteria, and ensure qualified opportunities are routed appropriately and accurately.
  • Build trust quickly with prospective clients, explain next steps clearly, address common questions or concerns, and support strong lead-to-engagement conversion.
  • Monitor intake metrics including response times, contact rates, follow-up activity, and conversions; use data to improve outcomes and maintain accountability.
  • Help strengthen intake workflows, scripts, qualification standards, and handoff processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, source attribution, and pipeline updates within the customer relationship management system, while identifying opportunities for better visibility and stronger follow-through.
  • Work closely with attorneys, legal staff, and marketing to support intake needs, align on qualified matters, and help manage fluctuations in lead volume.
Desired Qualifications
  • Existing familiarity with plaintiff-side personal injury, attorney referral networks, healthcare or rehabilitation providers, the auto and transportation ecosystem, agricultural communities, or California community organizations.
  • Experience attending or supporting bar association, trial-lawyer, trade-show, or nationwide legal events.
  • Experience creating territory plans, event return-on-investment reports, referral-source pipelines, or executive-level introductions.
  • Experience in personal injury, legal services, or other professional services environments is a plus, but not required.

About the company

Crisp Recruit helps growth-focused law firms identify and hire legal and business professionals. Its recruiters work with firms to define roles, source candidates, evaluate fit and manage the search process through placement. The service is tailored to the operating needs and culture of law practices rather than broad, cross-industry staffing. Its connection to the wider Crisp ecosystem gives the employer a specific legal-industry context that should not be confused with unrelated recruiting companies using the Crisp name.
