  • Analytics-tailored SQL skills: writing optimized queries & navigating complex data sets
  • Problem solving: demonstrated abstract problem solving skills, including solving challenges in unique ways

  • Collaboration with software development teams: gathering & communicating software requirements & projecting the impacts of proposed solutions

  • solving some of Fetch’s toughest problems in the scan-and-match space
  • identifying elegant and creative solutions to thorny challenges
  • working on and managing a small team of other analysts
  • embedded in the software development lifecycle of 2-3 teams across Fetch
  • independently take on challenging problems & develop scalable solutions
