Requirements
  • 6+ years experience in product management, leading cross-functional product, design, and software engineering teams
  • 4+ years experience in product management in enterprise-grade software
  • Strong UI/UX chops — you’re opinionated and collaborative on design, and can act as a sounding board for your design partners
  • Experience in making hard data-informed decisions (user research and testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics)
  • Proven ability to deeply understand analytics and use insights
  • Experience in launching 0 to 1 products
  • You know how to inspire, motivate and support a team to get things done
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the product team and business stakeholders to define and prioritize features and enhancements that drive user activation, adoption, and engagement
  • Drive features that help our enterprise customers scale and expand with Writer
  • Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and gather insights to inform product decisions and drive user activation and adoption
  • Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align new initiatives, ensure smooth execution, and drive product success
  • Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize growth strategies
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation
