Requirements
- Two years of experience in cafeteria-style or multi-entrée operations serving over 100 people, including at least one year in a supervisory role.
- Three years of experience as a unit manager or assistant manager.
- Three years of military food service experience at pay grade E-7 or higher; warrant or commissioned officer experience is acceptable as management experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Sanitation and food safety certification obtained within the past four years, or the ability to obtain it before contract start.
Responsibilities
- Serve as second-in-command to the Project Manager and assume full operational authority during the Project Manager's absence.
- Supervise daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal service for RCTA students, NETC students, and NAS military personnel.
- Assist in managing contingency and emergency feeding operations.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, food safety, and hygiene standards.
