Requirements
  • Two to three years of client onboarding, digital marketing, advertising agency, and/or technical system experience.
  • Zero to two years of dealership experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate with internal and external partners, including through remote video software.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to adapt to ongoing change in a technology-driven environment.
  • Ability to multitask successfully in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to use intuition and critical thinking to anticipate the needs of team members.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Understanding that professional conduct and timely task completion affect client retention.
Responsibilities
  • Support internal and external stakeholders during the onboarding of new client partnerships.
  • Provide regular progress updates to internal and external stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
  • Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders by leading calls and trainings and facilitating support needs.
  • Follow standard operating procedures for trafficking orders and setting up new data platforms, including content auditing and timely order handling within service-level agreement limits.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal fulfillment teams to meet benchmarks and deadlines.
  • Learn the proprietary technology and train internal or external clients to use it.
  • Monitor multiple ticketing queues while managing other onboarding-related tasks.
  • Conduct a brief monthly performance analysis for the assigned client portfolio.
  • Provide ongoing support to internal and external clients in various time zones throughout the client partnership.
  • Become a subject matter expert on day-to-day processes within six months and train new hires if appointed.
  • Assist other team members with work assignments during their paid time off.
  • Cross-train with designated trafficking and coordinator roles to support business needs.
  • Maintain records in various online databases.
  • Complete mandatory training assigned by leadership or security and information technology teams.
  • Perform other unplanned duties and projects as assigned.

She left the Sinclair station. After nearly 4 years at WSYX (Columbus), Kellyanne Bodeman has left the Sinclair station, but she is staying in Columbus. Bodeman posted that she has joined the NHL's Columbus Bluejackets as a talent/producer. She posted about leaving WSYX and said that NOT a faithful viewer of the Sinclair station.

August 20, 2026 Four television stations operated by Sinclair Inc. via a shared services agreement with a licensee operated by political commentator and entrepreneur Armstrong Williams are poised to become owned-and-operated properties - the latest in a wave of SSA-to-purchase deals submitted by the Baltimore-headquartered company helmed by Chris Ripley. Paperwork submitted for FCC regulatory approval indicates Sinclair is agreeing to purchase from Williams-led Howard Stirk Holdings (HSH) the following stations: * WGWG-TV in Charleston, S.C., affiliated with Weigel Broadcasting's MeTV Network * KHSV-TV in Las Vegas, unaffiliated as of this writing * WGWW-TV in Anniston, Ala., aligned with the Heroes & Icons digital multicast network * WSES-TV in Tuscaloosa, Ala., the feeder station of WGWW-TV, considered a full-time satellite station A $3.25 million purchase price has been agreed to, but is adjustable should liabilities or HSH obligations tied to expenses warrant a reduction in value. The asset purchase agreement also discloses that $3 million in capital expenditure investments has been earmarked by Sinclair Inc., and this includes antenna and transmission equipment upgrades for KHSV-TV.

Sinclair names Carol Kellum Vice President and General Manager of KPTM in Omaha and KHGI/KFXL in Lincoln-Hastings-Kearney. 08.17.2026 BALTIMORE - August 17, 2026 - Sinclair today announced that Carol Kellum has been named Vice President and General Manager of KPTM (FOX) in Omaha and KHGI (ABC) and KFXL (FOX) serving the Lincoln-Hastings-Kearney market. Kellum returns to Sinclair following the retirement of Vice President and General Manager John Hannon, who will retire at the end of August. For more than 19 years, Kellum served as General Manager of KTVO, serving the Kirksville, Missouri-Ottumwa, Iowa market. During her tenure, she also held responsibility for KHQA in Quincy, Illinois-Hannibal, Missouri from 2008 to 2011 and again beginning in September 2025. Kellum remained with KTVO and KHQA following Sinclair's sale of the stations in 2025 and now returns to Sinclair to lead the company's Nebraska operations.
