About the job
- At least five years of experience in cutting and sewing sample garments.
- Experience in companies with similar characteristics or recognized expertise in producing women's collections is valued.
- Ability to provide solutions, with strong organizational and teamwork capabilities.
- Interpret garment-construction specification sheets.
- Perform garment alterations for suppliers and management.
- Sew all types of sample garments, including prototypes, production samples, and muslin samples.
- Turn common room machinery on and off.
- Operate common machinery, including overlock, coverstitch, buttonhole, blindstitch, and button machines.
- Detect pattern, shrinkage, and construction defects to support model industrialization.
- Iron garments, management table linens, sheets, and other textile items.
- Experience in companies with similar characteristics or recognized expertise in producing women's collections.

Mexican fintech Mango has secured a $3m funding round led by Ironspring Ventures to address cash flow issues in Latin America's construction industry.
