About the job
- A Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent legacy degree (Master of Science in Physical Therapy, Master of Physical Therapy, or Bachelor of Physical Therapy) from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- A current Oklahoma physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
- CPR certification, as applicable.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
- Provide outpatient physical therapy and individualized plans of care.
- Lead, support, and develop clinicians and clinic team members.
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations and patient experience.
- Build relationships with physicians, referral partners, and the community.
- Support caseload growth, revenue generation, and clinic performance.
- Partner with leadership to grow and strengthen the practice.
- Outpatient orthopedic and/or leadership experience.
