Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources Management
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in HR
  • Associates degree in a field of expertise related to HR management duties
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in HR
  • Understanding and familiarity with industry best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, balancing priorities and demands from the client
  • Ability to define programs, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated ability to juggle multiple priorities

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
  • Performs a broad range of advance skills and expertise in the Federal sector: responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following: performance management, classification, employee relations, research analysis, review of HR policies and procedures, staffing and compensation practices.
  • Develop position descriptions for newly established positions.
  • Assist managers with decisions on advertising vacancies, prepare vacancy announcements, and upload vacancy announcements.
  • Determine eligibility and verify minimum qualifications by reviewing candidates’ resumes and supporting documents.
  • Review HR workflow and map existing processes and make recommendations to streamline workflow.
  • Conduct Quality Control audits.
  • Conduct desk audits on current positions upon request to determine appropriateness of job title, series, and grade.
  • Conduct job analysis to determine key skills needed.
  • Provide reviews, edits, and consultative support.
  • Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Perform other related job duties as requested.

The ideal candidate is advanced with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word, and proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytic tools, and Visio with the ability to quickly learn other tools as necessary.
